“Literally changed my life. I was bogged down with an auto loan on a flooded vehicle as well as the new auto loan I hadn't realized was drawn up underhandedly. Someone from their loan department wouldn't stop until I was approved not only to pay off my dead vehicle but to buy out my new vehicle as well so that I could have honest upfront paperwork even though my credit score wasn't great.
