When other places were saying you need to replace your scooter, she took the time to look more closely at the batteries to see if my issue was there. It was. replaced the batteries. so instead of $$$$ for a new scooter, it was $$ instead. Whole heatedly recommend you give them a shot, first.

Liz helped and she was very knowledgeable and patient. I spoke to at least 8 other wheelchair repair businesses before I called Liz. Do yourself a favor and avoid all the unhelpful businesses and call Liz first!
