I called Dynamic Repair and got the best service ever from Liz. She came out and helped with my son's wheelchair repair. She is a wonderful asset to your company. Her personality and caring makes her just a angel to work with. Thank you so much Liz.

The 2 technicians that came to my house were amazing . They went right to work and found the problem. They were professional and really listened to the issues. Liz was exceptional also . She made sure my request was forwarded and explained the process very well. I do need another visit so they can put the broken piece on the machine but that’s going to happen then I will be back on the road running my labradors daily !

Spent 100 on a used battery and charger for my scooter.then called to see what he would charge to change front and back tubes on my girl friends scooter.he told me 100 even tho I had the tubes already.i changed them myself in like a half hour.he surely was over charging or at least trying to.see I f you can do your repairs yourself before going here. not professional work may or may not be licensed as it's not posted on the wall or any place in plain sight as is required.Beware of this guy and make sure to read the reviews

I cannot say enough good things about Dynamic Repair Solutions and their Administrative Assistant, Liz. My dad's scooter stopped working out of the blue leaving us in a bit of a bind as it's his main mode of transportation and gives him a sense of independence. I called other shops in the area and either they didn't call back or weren't able to guarantee a technician for days. Liz at Dynamic said she would take a look at it and would be able to help if it was the battery. After replacing the batteries, and finding the scooter was still dead, she contacted their California office and FaceTimed a couple of their technicians. The gentlemen that helped her were patient and diligent and between all of them, determined it was a fuse. Cue Liz searching the entire shop and work van for fuses before finally finding the correct fuse, installing it, and putting everything back together. There were at least five points in this process where she could have said she couldn't do anything more, but she kept on troubleshooting. I continue to be blown away by the amazing customer service I got. My dad was ecstatic and I've been telling everyone at his senior living facility about this place! Literally saved the day/Christmas. We will definitely be returning for future service. Liz should wear a cape. Thank you, thank you!

Just have to say THANK YOU so much for all the help we received on 12/26/23. It was a little stressful with us living in Wisconsin but thankfully* Liz * at the Lansing Michigan location was able to help our situation. Liz was very professional on the phone and very helpful to our niece when she brought the Mobility Scooter there for repair.
