The vehicles are very clean and spacious. If a reserved vehicle is unavailable, they provide an upgrade. The overall experience is great and very good, with service that includes helpful assistance like drop-off and pick-up.

Great experience! Had to rent a car while my vehicle was getting repairs at a body shop. Rented for about 3 weeks. Staff at the West Saginaw location were professional, efficient, and customer service was top priority.
One of the many perks with enterprise is they pick you up AND drop you off at the end of the rental!
