“James is phenomenal! This location is great. I had nothing but issues with the south Cedar staff. James went above and beyond to switch out a vehicle provided to me by the south Cedar location. He showed me three different ones and let me choose which one to take. He looked over the vehicle with me and also explained different features of the vehicle. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone!

After trying all day to figure it out, I was referred to Avis n Michigan Ave and I was in and out with the vehicle I wanted in 5 minutes. No hassle. Can’t refer them more.”

“My company rented the car for me so I could drive to another branch to work. The 2 cars I had were really nice. The 1st was a Kia K4, the 2nd a Honda Accord. Both were very clean and very nice to drive. Any employee I talked to there were very polite and courteous and helpful when needed”
“I had some car problems and needed a rental to get me through the week. Honestly, I've never rented a vehicle before so I though I could just do a walk-in and everything would work out. It might have happened, if I had visited some week other than college Spring Break! This is a small lot near-ish MSU campus so call ahead to make a reservation! The employee politely explained that nothing was immediately available and offered to take my number in case something was returned ahead of schedule. He also suggested that I try the Avis/Budget location at the Lansing Airport (which worked out for me). Customer service was excellent and the place is open on the weekends but with limited hours.”
