“One of the best body shops I have ever been to! If you need any sort of Body work done this is the place to go. Not only was the service done very quickly it was done super professionally. They really did do a good job with the body work and the paint it blends so well I can’t even tell if anything happened. Overall great shop and I will always get any body work done here from now on.”

“I was renting a sprinter van to celebrate my 40th birthday and a competitor failed to have the vehicle ready for pickup. Brandi really stepped up and her kindness saved my birthday spa trip with friends. We rented a Mercedes Benz Sprinter and I will now exclusively book with them due to her kindness and ability to go above and beyond to make my day special. I look forward to renting a corvette from them in the spring and enjoyed feeling like a customer rather than a number on someone's sale+ fleet inventory.”
“We were stranded in Lansing after a canceled flight and our car reservation through Expedia for Enterprise was not honored due to staff of 2 unwilling to clean cars. Avis to the rescue! With no reservation, he volunteered to go clean a car for us. Got us processed and on the road in under 15 minutes. Amazing service and amazing experience. Go here to be treated well!!”

“Avis is the best spot to get a car from in Lansing! Enterprise let me down. I had a meeting out of town to attend, and enterprise said my reservation was late whatever that means. I called Avis and they got me a car right away it was clean, and the service was great! On top of that I got a more spacious car for cheaper. I will definitely be renting from Avis every time from now on.”
“I had some car problems and needed a rental to get me through the week. Honestly, I've never rented a vehicle before so I though I could just do a walk-in and everything would work out. It might have happened, if I had visited some week other than college Spring Break! This is a small lot near-ish MSU campus so call ahead to make a reservation! The employee politely explained that nothing was immediately available and offered to take my number in case something was returned ahead of schedule. He also suggested that I try the Avis/Budget location at the Lansing Airport (which worked out for me). Customer service was excellent and the place is open on the weekends but with limited hours.”
