  I tried to open a checking account on a Wednesday at 1pm. They had two people there but no one who could open a account. They said come back another day.

  Waited in the drive thru lane for 15 minutes. Only to walk inside to the teller saying here's your recepit and ID. Like what? I went inside to see if they were being robbed. Avoid this branch.

  Would have given zero stars if I could have. This was my worst banking experience ever. Trying to settle my mother's Trust and Huntington made every step as difficult as possible. No one at the branch or call center seemed to know what to do and did not have access to the information needed.
