Mike from the collection department is so nice he makes you feel at ease, if they were more bill collectors like him this world would be a lot different. Don't get rid of him he's a keeper. I'm going to miss paying my late bill.

I have fallen behind on my payments due to a series of unfortunate events. Mike has been amazing to work with. He listens intently and is very informative. He has definitely been a blessing in the midst of my chaos. I hope to be caught up on payments soon, but I will definitely miss chatting with Mike. He is an amazing person.

I worked with Peter Stergios on getting my auto loan closed out, and he was a fantastic helper.

Life’s been throwing a lot at me lately, and dealing with collections on top of everything felt overwhelming. But Rachael S made a huge difference. She was kind, patient, and never made me feel judged. She took the time to really listen and helped me figure things out step by step. It honestly meant a lot during a tough time. Grateful for people like her who treat you like a human, not just another account. Thank you, Rachael for all that you do!

I am so grateful to LAFCU and my representative Rachael S. She has been so amazing, professional and caring. I have been through some ups and downs lately and she never failed to help me resolve them and maintain my accounts. I truly appreciate this more than words can say. A customer for life here!

One of the workers here is very rude and treats you like you have no idea what you are doing. Not sure if this women is on a power trip but she makes everyone around her feel stupid when they're not. Thought my account got hacked and went up before they scammed any money out of me and they completely took away my checking account! I don't carry cash because who carries over $400 on them at all times!? All they gave me was a new savings account and a atm card and said "figure it out yourself". Very unprofessional and treated me like a imbecile instead of helping me and actually doing there job. I am young but I'm not dumb. This is not your bank for life.

Kim in Collections is the most unprofessional and disgusting person I have had to deal with. Dewitt branch made a error processing my deceased father's mortgage 2 months ago. I was notified on Friday and was threatened with foreclosure on Monday. When I called her back she didn't call me back until 4:56pm Friday with no chance of reaching her until Monday. I asked for help with the error that was not my own and provided proof that i made the payment only to be yelled at and threatened.

I would leave a zero if I could. Tellers are rude. My experience with Rhonda was awful. Trying to deposit checks into a beneficiary account and not sure what to do. All I got from her was rudeness and a condescending attitude. The first time I ended up leaving from frustration. Went back today hoping for a different teller. Nope it was Rhonda again. Same awful demeanor. Told her I was going to a different branch because she was so rude. She disconnected. My advice is avoid the main branch and possibly LAFCU all together. Members should be treated better. Especially ones who are dealing with the loss of a loved one.

DO NOT CALL. just don’t. take my advice and never try to call them. it will save you hours of waiting with the awful music and getting hung up on multiple times. they will never answer you. just text them.

I visited the LAFCU Headquarters Branch to make a transaction that required speaking directly to a teller. I sadly discovered that LAFCU completely abolished their Tellers and I was forced to go to an ATM that was inside the LAFCU Branch to complete the transaction where a person came on thru a Video Screen inside the ATM. I am disgusted that LAFCU sacrificed quality and integrity for technology. Each of the ATM' inside the Branch location had there own personal cubby space, however other customers could hear your private information as you are forced to talk out loud thru the ATM to be understood. Talking directly to a Teller face to face, you can write private information on a paper and hand it directly to a Teller to complete the transaction. For this extremely poor choice of LAFCU with abolishing the face to face Teller option and forcing it to be thru an ATM Video. I will NEVER visit LAFCU again and you have lost my Business. Face to Face service for Financial Institutions is NON NEGOTIABLE , and you LAFCU have made an epic failure. I hope other customers will close there accounts in Mass and take their money elsewhere.
