Mike from the collection department is so nice he makes you feel at ease, if they were more bill collectors like him this world would be a lot different. Don't get rid of him he's a keeper. I'm going to miss paying my late bill.

I have fallen behind on my payments due to a series of unfortunate events. Mike has been amazing to work with. He listens intently and is very informative.
