“Erica helped me with a serious scenario with my cat. He has health conditions that threaten his health and can kill him. And I needed a wet cat food that is loyal to prescription type foods. Because I had to wait till payday to purchase the prescription food. Thanks Erica. You are clearly knowledgeable of others. And it shows. Staff very friendly. Way to go guys!!!? A+”
“Saw such cute puppies here today. :) They are always getting new dogs, and the young and adult dog areas are both clean and the dogs seem as happy as can be in kennels. You can check online first to see what animals they have available to adopt.”
“The staff are communicative and very receptive to concerns. They had my dog's trainer observe her behavior after I voiced concerns and they honestly told me this was not a conducive environment for my dog to succeed socially. Very honest, skilled professionals that truly want the best for our dogs. (The only thing is that the facility only has 2 separate areas for play, so small and large dogs are put together. But, it works for many dogs because the staff are so skilled and observant. They also have a one-sided mirror that is awesome for observing your dog in this social setting.)
These staff helped guide my dog to be in an environment that was much more comfortable for her and set her up for success. And the trainer Sara took it one step further and helped with training her in leash walking in a humane way. Exceptional staff & trainers.”
“I love shopping here so much! It is extremely hard to find a chicken free wet/dry food for our cat with allergies. They have such a wide variety that it make choosing what kind to pick up that month easier. ♡”

“They're in a very good location with other businesses. You can find a wide selection of products for all of your project supplies for work or home.They do have handicap parking as well as the entrance.The parking lot is in very good condition and clean without trash blowing all around.The staff are very polite and knowledgeable to help you find What you were looking for. I do think they have restrooms for the shopping customers.I needed help finding what I was looking for and I didn't have any problem finding somebody there to assist me.”

“PetSmart has a great selection of everything we need for our dog. The staff is very friendly and truly enjoys getting to interact with all Pets that get to come in. I also took part in their puppy training class for pur newest dog and it was great. Very small class size allowed for idle support and the material you got to take home was great for practicing outside of class.”

In particular, the employee ****Anna**** at this Location on Michigan Avenue across from Staples was so beyond helpful. Today I brought in my puppy. And he has no real behavior issues. But just a lot of energy, and I lack some of my motor function in my hand and I needed several products to help with that. Anna not only helped me find them but helped me adjust them specifically to both his body and my body. It was like a custom appointment for No charge. Just great service. All around friendly, funny kind, awesome with shadow. And just genuinely a good person. I could tell that she really cared about making my life easier with a disability. Having a disability honestly changed my life and has made me both a miserable and humble person. At the same time.
Anna gave me 6 hours of happiness. Just from 30 minutes at the pet store. Thank you so much for your help. We'll be back tomorrow for his nail trim. I moved farther away from Lansing. Recently, and I'll be coming back to this location Just because of anna..., I would drive up to probably an hour for for the CAre We received here. I felt more cared for than I did at the emergency vet. Yay Anna!”
