“Dropped off a large box here to ship long distance. Staff was super nice and helpful and was in and out of the location pretty quick even though there was a bit of a line. The inside seemed half empty (much like the mall nearby) and the location felt like it is just hanging on. But, again, key was the staff were nice and efficient.”

“They are closed for lunch daily from 1pm-3pm so don't show up during that time to retrieve a package. Only able to drop off mail in the bins seeing as they do not have the means to process payments for any type of transaction. Should not expect to retrieve a package unless you received a notice from your postman stating the package can be picked up from here.”
“I went in today to finish setting up my PO Box and wasn't very sure what I was doing. Clarissa and Meka were working and were awesome. They were super helpful, patient, and a lot of fun to talk with. I left feeling confident about everything and felt really supported because of them. They are great employees and you should give them both a big raise.”
“I have been there several times and they have always resolved any issues I've had. There are times that they do get really busy and that can take quite a bit longer but I usually have problems within minutes at this facility. Very helpful and good communication with employees making decisions to seek help here since I live very close to it.”

“The staff uniformly great race n, snow, sleet, sun. But the closing hour is 5 pm and is not 6 pm as you might hear. Any day it is open it now is closing by 5 pm (and some days earlier). Also there is a lunch break. See details on a sign at the building.”
