“They are closed for lunch daily from 1pm-3pm so don't show up during that time to retrieve a package. Only able to drop off mail in the bins seeing as they do not have the means to process payments for any type of transaction. Should not expect to retrieve a package unless you received a notice from your postman stating the package can be picked up from here.”

“I went in today to finish setting up my PO Box and wasn't very sure what I was doing. Clarissa and Meka were working and were awesome. They were super helpful, patient, and a lot of fun to talk with. I left feeling confident about everything and felt really supported because of them. They are great employees and you should give them both a big raise.”
“I have been there several times and they have always resolved any issues I've had. There are times that they do get really busy and that can take quite a bit longer but I usually have problems within minutes at this facility.
