The lady there helped me ship the stuff, and was polite. I just don’t understand why she was on the phone with her friend the whole time, discussing her personal life while helping me.

There's an employee there, her name starts with a G and she's possibly the most sweetest person ever. I had put the wrong address on my package and she helped me through everything and would call me giving me updates on the situation. She never sounded irritated or annoyed with me and like I said, she was very helpful.
