The printing team is top notch! I trust them to be kind and dependable. Even when I know they are busy, they slow down to answer my questions and give me guidance on my printing needs. As a local author and educator, this means a lot. They are also open late, which has been helpful.
Now, I am planning a large event. My knee-jerk for such a large order is to "shop local." But the kindness and patience I recieve from Chris and the rest of the printing team IS local. It feels like I am interacting with people in my community (which I am) instead of a big corporate beast. Thank you so much Staples of Lansing!

While I am disappointed that they closed the Staples on the westside of Lansing, I appreciate the great customer service that the Frandor store provides. Being near Michigan State University they seem to hire a lot of college kids and they are all positive energetic young adults. Not chip on the shoulder students that fill positions in other retailers. This is a credit to them and the management. The management either has a nack for hiring quality people or a skill for being out the best in them. Either way my experience there is always a pleasant one.
