About Tommy's Express Car Wash
Tommy's Express® Car Wash is highly praised for its exceptional customer service and friendly staff. Many reviews highlight Oscar, who is known for his helpfulness and kindness, often engaging customers in conversation and providing complimentary air fresheners and treats for pets. Gabby also received recognition for her willingness to assist by washing floor mats for free, showcasing the team's commitment to going above and beyond for customers. The car wash service is described as fantastic for the price, with additional offerings like free vacuum cleaners, towels, and the option to wash cars more than once a day. Despite some inconsistency with vacuum cleaners, the overall experience remains positive, with customers frequently recommending Tommy's as the best car wash in town. The west Lansing location, in particular, has garnered loyalty from many who appreciate the great service and deals available.

This one is one of the better locations, I always swing through when I go through the area. The system is set so that it beats up your vehicle and it doesn't leave a lot of residue like some of the other locations (my local one is much shorter and they try to do too much in that space and beat your vehicle up a bit)
