As a corporate trainer and engagement expert, I would gladly come help with some of the issues, though I will not be long for staying in Michigan again after 8 years in AZ....cannot do these winters lol.

Stopped in the other day to get business cards printed - which I've been doing at other UPS locations for several years - but the guy behind the counter at first didn't seem to think they offered that at all and then just told me to go to the website and do it myself and then come pick it up. If I wanted to order online and self service, I would go to a cheaper printer for delivery. The point of going in person is to have someone handle the inputting and previewing parts to make sure the cards are nice. Just totally useless. He wasn't rude but I definitely won't be back.

The staff at the Lansing Michigan store (#5129) know what they’re doing! I go there regularly and have always had great experiences. The staff and friendly, helpful, respectful, and they easily answer my questions! Outstanding job!

I went to this UPS Store to return an Amazon package and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. The staff seemed rushed, unwelcoming, and downright rude. Instead of offering help or clarity, they made the process more stressful and confusing.
Right from the start, it felt like they were looking for any opportunity to upsell or charge unnecessary fees. They told me I had to buy a box for $45, which was outrageous. Thankfully, I found a free box at Joann Fabrics and avoided that ridiculous expense.
But it didn’t stop there. Even though other UPS locations have accepted my Amazon returns without requiring me to print a label, this store insisted on one and told me I needed to rent a computer for $3 just to print it. That kind of nickel-and-diming, especially for a simple Amazon return, left a bad taste in my mouth.
Overall, it felt less like a professional shipping center and more like a business focused on squeezing every dollar they can from customers. I won’t be returning to this location, and I suggest others avoid it too if they’re looking for a smooth, respectful, and transparent experience.

After the Grand River UPS store didn't have a notary (after advertising one), this store did. He was friendly and professional AND they had good music playing. All in all, a very good experience
