The situation i just witness in this store was shocking. I attempted to call corporate to be given a 28 min wait time to report this. An employee was screaming at a self identifying disabled woman and she was screaming back. They both called the police on each other. Regardless of what was happening, a young man was standing in front of me needing a question answered. He did not need to witness this or police intervention and when i kindly asked the employee to please answer the young man’s question he was rude and explained why he needed to watch the other employee attempt to calmly help the woman so he could tell the police instead of getting the young man out of the store. I am completely shocked….this employee has been rude every time i have been in the store but this was unbelievable. The new manager and the other employee have always been amazingly helpful. The woman asked for the employees name and he refused to give it. I am very upset by what i witnessed. It felt unsafe for everyone involved. I will not be back while he works there.

Agree manager is rude. Not all staff help customers with what they need and help them with equipment or process.very rude, condescending. Could help customers but didn’t. Watched this guy mock and roll eyes at customer after he was asked for help and didn’t offer much. Horrific customer service. No wonder customer got frustrated and upset. Meanwhile another customer was told couldn’t return a package even though online said they could. Rude staff at counter.

I had a wonderful experience at this UPS store. I had several returns and the employee who helped me, Jaidin, was so helpful, patient, and very positive and friendly. He made the process so easy and less stressful for me. I really appreciate the wonderful customer service I received today.

My package was delivered at 1 PM on Wednesday. I was at home but the Courier left immediately. And left a note on my door. The shipper changed the delivery information at 3:30 PM and asked the Courier to deliver the package to my home again. However, I did not receive my package all day today, and the tracking number showed that it was delivered at 3:30 yesterday afternoon, and I signed for it. I don't know the name of the person who signed it! I was at home all the time, and all the phone calls were answered by robots, and no one delivered my package to me! I hope you can give me an explanation! Where the hell is my package? You showed delivery but I never left the house!

It’s so refreshing to walk into somewhere and have actual customer service and politeness. Alex is doing an absolutely wonderful job, rock solid service, friendly, and super patient with big return orders. Big ups to Alex on his professionalism and dedication. Even at work he is being his best self and treating everyone with respect and compassion, that’s what’s up, what a great guy!

I came in one day was given a quote for shipping a tv at $120. Came in two days later with the tv all packaged up and they wanted to charge me $320. When I asked why they said they didn’t know. Customer service is terrible and incompetentEditBrought my tv in to have it shipped. Had it weighted and measured. Was told $120 to have it shipped plus $200 to have it boxed. Staff member told me if I boxed it up myself and brought it back it would only cost $120 to ship. Went to Uhaul and bought a box, packed it, and then brought it back. Because it was 4 inches larger, the manager (bald guy), decided to disregard what his employees told me last time and wanted to charge me $320. Basically the same price if I had them box it. 4 inches should not cost an additional $200. The manager should follow through on what their employees say. Do not bring your business here. Management is incompetent and useless. If you need proof, look at all the other reviews left here.

I dropped a package off on a Sunday and paid for 2 day shipping, the address was entered wrong, I called within the hour of dropping the package off ( not my job to make sure they do their job and print a new label on a Sunday!). On the day the package was supposed to be dropped off I called again to see why it hadn't been dropped off, the address was STILL wrong, I told them the correct address again and still nothing changed, at the end of the week I called AGAIN, to find out where the package was and finally someone changed the address. when I told the manager I wanted my shipping costs back he got super defensive and told me it was all my fault the package wasn't delivered on time and refused to give me a refund. I know the manager going to jump on here and tell me how I'm somehow still wrong but the unprofessionalism is honestly hilarious and at this point I would rather play real life frogger on I69 than do business with this company again.

This ups store is probably the worst ups store I've been to in a while. Rarely I have no issues with ups workers but the owner "Rick" at this establishment needs to either get friends or change his attitude. Very rude and does not walk with any pep in his step. Couldn't imagine him operating busy store

There's a creepy older bald guy who runs the place and is definitely doing weird things, also stairs at your kids creepy while you're waiting in line

I had an issue with a lost/ stolen large musical instrument while it was in the care of a UPS driver or UPS distribution centre. Rick the manager did his best answer my questions and help get the claims process under way.
