I went there with a serious problem with my ultra 22 and I felt completely ignored and disrespected.. the gentleman showed me ,no concern for my problem, he was more interested in selling me a new phone rather than fix my issue.. very disappointed with Verizon wireless today

I’ve been here three times in the last five days. The wait is somewhat long but that’s generally for a reason. Their customer service is excellent. They spend the time with each customer to make sure they’re satisfied to the best of their abilities.Verizon’s corporate structure towards customer service has diminished over the years. But generally I’ve found the employees are still doing what they can to provide the best experience possible.

Eric, the manager and the rest of this Verizon crew have a total of 4 chromosomes. After making me wait an hour an 30 minutes. They were zero help. I then had to run to the Apple Store where they fixed my phone for free no problems. I hope you see this you ugly person

I came into this location anxious… I hadn’t been to a Verizon location since 2008… LONG TIME. I was having issues with transferring my phones service plan. I walked in and was immediately seen without signing into the kiosk! Very very friendly staff and funny too! My issues were taken care of faster than I thought and I was done in ten minutes. I highly highly recommend going here if you’re having any issues or need an upgrade or anything really. The team here is tip top! Thank you!

Not friendly or personable. I just drove 45minutes to come to your store, I don't need attitude, I had other things to do also. Put me in a corner with tech support and walked away, never even came to check on me. When I was finished, never asked if problem got fixed or if I needed a new phone.

Got there when they opened and it was already busy. Was doing a online pickup order and paid for set up on new phone. The guy that helped us seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. Most of my wife's apps didn't transfer to new phone so l had to do it myself. But by then l had reset old phone, which Verizon wouldn't take as a trade in by the way.Wish l had gone to my sister's store on South Saginaw.
