I and my brother came in to fix a problem with our phones, which he fixed right away and then noticed my phone was in bad shape and offered me a plan to get a new phone and then transferred info from my old phone to the new one. He did a good job.

Jason was very accommodating, helped me add a new line and get an upgraded phone and apple watch for my daughter. He even stayed past closing time to make sure the phone transferred properly! I will definitely be back for any of my Verizon services.
