The rep was fantastic, patient, and listened to my complaints ave assured me that they could be handled. It was nice to feel and see that they valued me as a customer. This has never happened to me,however,the network fixed itself and my phone overnight,I woke up and the phone was fine.

I met with Garry at 6:41p (right before close), desperate, in need of a phone plan and something affordable stat as my sim card purchase wasn't compatible with my phone. Garry was super helpful, able to be calm and empathize with me, he was such an attentive and efficient customer service representative and salesperson. I highly recommend going to this place, the workers are kind and caring and will make sure you get the plan that's best for you.
