“Had a great experience with Hudson M at the T - Mobile store in Lansing Mall today. Having purchased a new phone elsewhere he was still able to do the transfer of old to new. That doesn't always happen at other carriers in my past experience. I'm not tech savvy -- Hudson was very patience & never talked over our heads. Explained as he went along so we understood what was happening. Great customer experience. Thank you Hudson. If looking for new carrier try T-Mobile & Hudson. Give them a chance. Glad I did. “I had the most amazing experience when I went in to Metro by T-Mobile here on West Saginaw! I met with Garry at 6:41p (right before close), desperate, in need of a phone plan and something affordable stat as my sim card purchase wasn't compatible with my phone. Garry was super helpful, able to be calm and empathize with me, he was such an attentive and efficient customer service representative and salesperson. I highly recommend going to this place, the workers are kind and caring and will make sure you get the plan that's best for you.
