Walgreens has received mixed reviews regarding its pharmacy services. Many customers appreciate the quick processing of prescriptions, especially when signed up for notifications that include phone calls, texts, or emails. The staff is often described as nice and courteous, with some employees going above and beyond to assist customers, particularly during busy times. However, there are significant concerns about the pharmacy's management and operational issues. Customers report frequent problems with prescription availability, having received incorrect medications, and experiencing long wait times. Many express frustration with the communication between the store and its app, leading to confusion about prescription readiness. Some reviews highlight the impact of company policies on staff performance, indicating that while employees are trying to improve service, they are often hampered by corporate decisions. Additionally, experiences with other services, like passport photo processing, have also been disappointing, with customers facing difficulties in correcting mistakes. Despite these challenges, certain staff members, like a pharmacist mentioned for her helpfulness, shine through in the reviews. Overall, while Walgreens has dedicated staff striving for improvement, there is a clear need for better management and customer service practices to enhance the overall experience.
They get your prescriptions done quickly and if you sign up for notifications you'll get a phone call or a text or email. I used to drive through and it's relatively quick. Staff are always nice and courteous.

The pharmacy is a joke. On hold forever, never have my prescriptions ready when they say, rude when called out for not being organized. Literally pulling my prescriptions from here and moving to a different Walgreens. Would not recommend the pharmacy!!

Slow pharmacy due to understaffing and staff not fully trained.
