“Great banking is where it's at nowadays. So many choices and so few come out the gate and then finish well. Security Credit Union does it all. My first experience was to setup a business account and Dale did a great job from start to finish. Lots of parking and 3 drive up banking spots if your on the go and don't want to get out of the car. The inside is clean and the tellers and managers are eager to help with great big smiles on there faces. It's been awhile since I've enjoyed doing banking. Multiple location throw out southeast Michigan. Security Credit Union is worth doing business with no matter what your banking needs might be.”

“Had an issue with a delay on a deposit and access to funds. In the past other banks have pretty much just told us tough luck wait for it to clear. The banker I spoke with over the phone found a quick solution that granted us partial access to the deposit.”

“I have banked here for many many years.
My son who lives in my house, but delivers for a company in a different city, added my name to his account, with a different bank.
What does this bank do . . . They say, it looks like we’re not the right bank for you. What did I do? I removed all my money and went elsewhere.
I have never been treated with so much disrespect.
What a shame they don’t at least question, ask why.

“I hate big banks but cant help but love this location for their friendly staff. They are attentive to my needs and listen before suggesting different options. Unlike other branches they actually want to help. I give them 4 stars for their customer service, location.... heck they get 5 stars for the staff and if you read my reviews i am very harsh and not many buisnesses meet my standards.”

“I’ve had efficient prompt service with no problems with this PNC branch over a year as a customer. One ATM was not in service for awhile but it has since been fixed. The staff have been polite and helpful with everyday banking such as large deposits and cashier’s checks and also with more complicated tasks such as housing mortgage documents. I have two noisy small children that they were nice to, and they were pleasant to talk with in general. They wished me luck with my new home purchase and even provided a business card in case I had further questions.”
