“Love this bank. I also found the white haired lady was a bit difficult to deal with, but everyone else is great. They gave me a better interest rate on my car than anyone else. Also approved me for a credit card. All this while I have newer credit, less than a year. They even upped my credit limit when I needed it for an out of state trip. I also love the app layout and customization options. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a standard bank. Credit unions all the way!”
“I happen to get Steven on the phone today . He helped me with fraud on my card. He was very helpful and friendly. He explained what was going to happen and where I can pick up a new card.”
“I recently paid off an auto loan and had someone lined up to purchase and was told it would take 10 days to receive a pay-off letter which would have cost me the sale. I had called chase customer support several times asking for options and spoke with other people at the branch who said there was nothing they could do. I was frustrated but the last time I called, heather answered and was SO kind and helpful. Her and asmita did everything they could and ended up helping me get the payoff letter the same day. When I walked in the branch heather recognized me and immediately got the paperwork I needed. We need more people like them in customer service. Thank you so much!!”
“I hear all kinds of bad things about this particular branch, but I just want to say that I have never had a problem here. The ATM is always working and as long as I am there during business hours I am able to handle my business quickly and efficiently. Today I went in on my lunch hour to withdraw a large sum. I was assisted by Joe and he was very helpful and he got me in and out very quickly with little fuss. I always stop at this branch to take care of my banking and I will continue to do so.”
