“Isaac was fantastic. Professional and he worked with me, as I was not very happy when I found out they didn't offer the car I rented. While it's not the local dealerships fault. I don't appreciate the whole bait and switch. That starts with corporate. I rented a mustang convertible. I even called the 800 number and they said they would have one. They did not have one. They don't even offer them. Not cool. It all worked out in the end...I made it there and back safely. However, misleading people doesn't make you want to go back.”
