Monica was working with three customers at one time and not one of us felt like we were being ignored. She joked with us, and Shuffle things around and took care of us all. “I know a lot of people are struggling with there experiences lately, especially since they took on Rite Aid patients. That said I've always gotten great care from the pharmacy and the store front is helpful when I need it.
Just a friendly reminder, a lot of the issues in pharmacy the staff doesn't control. Between Dr, Insurance and system they can often be as frustrated about it as you are. They are just people and have bad days too, try not to take it out on them.”
