Fred was very forthcoming with the vehicle's background (it was a theft recovery), gave us the carfax, and explained to us the implications that the vehicle would be recognized as a salvage. Once we looked at the car and took a test drive, we immediately made up our minds that the Mazda was in great condition, the price was fair and that we wanted it. Autohaus took my vehicle in promptly, inspected the vehicle to determine the nature of my overheating problem, called me to discuss what repairs were needed and the estimated time needed to order parts and complete the work. I approved the work, and everything moved forward as suggested in our initial discussions. Th vehicle was returned to me, all repairs were completed, the vehicle was cleaned and it only took moments to complete the closeout process and have my car brought around for me. the staff were very knowledgeable, couldnt be friendlier nor more responsive.
