“I can’t say enough about how amazing our experience was today! In the past we’ve bought cars form Victory Motors, so why we didn’t come back here originally I have no idea and could kick myself. My story goes like this…We didn’t have the best credit and heard Carvana would help repair your credit no matter how bad your score was, so we bought a car and thought “awesome we got approved and wow we got a good deal” and with less than one week of driving it I was like… NOT! It cost us $600, which was nonrefundable, to have it shipped to the house and when it arrived it was dirty, it had an odor to it, which one would think it would have a somewhat “new/used car smell” right and even more confusing when we drove the car and would break the car would shake. Seriously! It’s a new car. Did they drive it, did they actually clean the inside before sending it out??? They offered to get the car repaired and we were like “no thank you.” Caravana offers a 7 day return policy with no questions asked which is awesome so on our way to Victory Motors we called and returned it.So, long story short if you’re in need of a new/used car please stop what you’re doing and go to Victory Motors. They have 3 dealerships to choose from which is even more convenient. Today I drove off the lot with a new Jeep and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Brandon and Jessie for all your help and for doing your best to help us get the best deal possible. I definitely will be back in the future and will send my friends and family their way.”
