Informed me of a part that is starting to wear out and was honest about how much the part would cost and how many hours labor. I will definitely go back for oil changes & service work. “ONLY garage I have found to be open, honest, and trustworthy. The prior garages I've gone to,(for this EXACT SAME ISSUE) wouldn't tell me WHY they're probably not able to find the culprit of why my Brakes are squeaky and makes a grinding noise, that stops and doesn't return until it's been sitting a while again.
I get it that the other places WANT to make money, and they do so by people coming back constantly, but COME ON!! Tell your clients what's possibly going on, (ESPECIALLY WHEN I have come in 2 separate times for this problem, from fear of it disabling my vehicle) and WHY you CANT find the problem.
This place MIGHT cost a little more, but it REALLY WONT BE MUCH more, and it's TOTALLY WORTH IT, when you KNOW they are being honest with you, and wanting to keep you safe.”

“Had a flat tire about 45 minutes N. of Hancock. We were by a store, no cell service. Store called Dave's & a man & tow truck was out in about 40 minutes. Put the spare (donut tire) on we needed to follow him back to station to get tire patched. They took care of it right away, ck'd other tires & had us out in about 35 minutes. They were so kind & helpful. The tow driver was a young man who didn't waste time, got job done & the young lady who repaired my tire & put it back on our car, was super. “Was on my way to Copper Harbor and my Radiator blew a couple of blocks from their shop on a Wednesday afternoon at 4pm
Neil had my vehicle towed to his shop and then had one of his guys give me a lift to pick up rental car
By Friday afternoon they had installed new radiator and had me on the road again for a very reasonable price
