“Went in a couple weeks ago looking for a new computer. Blake started by unbiasedly telling us the difference between PC and Mac. Once we decided on a Mac, he was awesome at going through the different options and helping us pick the best one for our needs. It wasn’t in stock but he got it shipped right to us in 2 days. He gave us much appreciated tips and tricks too! He was never pushy but super informative and patient. We had a great experience and ended up signing up for the Best Buy Rewards Membership too. With that, we earned some rewards points. Today we went back in to use those on a couple other things to go along with the MacBook. We had Blake again. Super helpful and friendly! He priced matched my item and helped us get exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Blake, you are a great addition to the team and very educated on what you’re selling. Overall a very wonderful experience!”

“Yesterday (3 Jun 22), stopped to gas up my motorcycle. Never got gas at this place before. Gas pump read $27.00 for Supreme ar $5.69 a gallon. No problem. Got home to see notification of credit card pending $125.00!! Can't dispute it because I didn't go in to get a receipt, since pump didn't print one. My fault for not getting receipt. Tried calling 7-11 to get yesterday's receipts. No answer. I guess I blessed someone with $98.00 worth of gas! Enjoy!UPDATE: Owner of 7-11 emailed me about my issue. She explained that some companies place a "hold" amount on credit cards while the actual purchase amount is pending. Instant relief there. Then, she told me to call her cell phone when the pending charge is complete, and if it's for more than $27.00, she'd fix the issue. Yesterday, I received an account update that my credit card was charged only $27.00. So, 5-stars (instead of the 1-star i gave previously on 3 Jun) for the owner's immediate response and for taking a personal interest in wanting to help me fix the issue. Now, THAT'S customer service!”

“Great 7-Eleven here in Lenox Township in Michigan. This location partners with Mobil for gasoline. When I walked in, the store was nice and clean. There was plenty of donuts and roller grill items. There was also 2 bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches in the hot case. A interesting fact about this store is that, this store still uses the glass coffeepots for coffee. That is the only way coffee is made here, and it was really good. If you need something out of the hot case, you have to ask for the item you are looking to get (unless it’s roller dogs). I grabbed a 16oz Coffee, a bottle of water, a donut, and a breakfast sandwich. The total came to 10.11 (10.10 with cash). The staff member here was very nice and friendly. She said that Speedway and 7-Eleven are big in this area. Keep up the great work, 7-Eleven!-ShyGun670”
