Ring bell for service stood there for 5 minutes rang bell 2 times with no response rang the 3rd time lady came out and stated heard you 1st time, refused my package even though it was labeled and weighted correctly because didn't want to do her job. Took it to croswell with No issues won't be back to this location until they learn common decency and customer service.

Running errands here is a breeze. Amanda does a great job as the post master and the staff all work very hard. It's a clean and happy post office to visit.

They get O stars, they don’t even answer the phone. There was a time when the post office was reliable, those days are long gone. The post office should be shut down, and privatized, then you may get better service.

Have been trying to call multiple times today and no one answers ever, let it ring for about 7 -10 minutes each time. It’s a small town, there’s no reason you can’t answer the phone, Atleast answer and put me one hold rather than just ignore it ringing.

Very displeased with them! Ordered something that said it was delivered yesterday but I never received it. I went there to try to figure out what happened. The lady at the desk was very disrespectful. She told me the mail lady delivered it and handed to someone at my house. I said that's impossible because no one was home. She then says well do you live alone. I said no but my husband was at work. Unless the dog answered the door. She insisted that it was the right house and a lady answered, like I was lying. Well I get home this evening and it's on my porch with the address circled and wrong house wrote on it.
