“Large parking lot with a pull up mail box at one end. No shortage of places to park here. The lobby is clean and they offer PO Boxes. As well as other merchandise to purchase. As well as the free boxes the PO offers. The lines can be long so be prepared to wait. The woman today was very business like in and out. She was quite fast. Employees here are hit and miss. Sometimes you get warm and friendly sometimes you don't. Have your packages prepared properly and your paperwork in order before you get in line, and it should move quickly. I would like to suggest a stamp machine in the lobby. For when you just want to buy a book or a roll and go.”
“I am only giving this location a 5 star because of Gary Hicks. Why is he the only employee ever working the counter ? This location has no staff except for this one employee. If your employees call off get the supervisor to help . I come into this location once a month with 100 certifies hold the line up out the door and no one ever comes to help. Gary is patient and kind all I can do is work along side with him while he services me and other customers. Give this man a raise he deserves it!”
“Pros: Quick service & friendly staff. My go to Post office in Dearborn.Cons: This place does need some repairs for the interior and offer more packaging types for their customers.”
“The last few months I’ve used this place to send out all my online orders and I’ve had a very pleasant time with them personally. I’ve maybe only had 1 package get side tracked in shipping so far out of 40 , but it still made it to its destination. And the employees are super kind and are willing to lend a hand if they see you need one.”
“I've never had a problem with the folks at the Riverview office but the service counter has been closed. Note on the rollup door at the counter says to go to Southgate?”
“I'm sad to see bad reviews. I am a small business owner and I have used this post office for 2 years now. I have never had an issue with any of my prepaid postage parcels going missing or not being scanned in to active tracking information. In the past I have had issued with other post offices not scanning in every parcel. So far, so good. And in my experience, the people who work here are absolutely the most pleasant and professional. Remember these are government employees and should be treated with respect. This is a good place.”

“I almost did not go to this post office based on reviews but I felt silly driving past it to go a couple miles away to another. I went in on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised I've never seen three counter employees at a post office normally it's 1 maybe 2 at the most! There was no line but customers were there. When I got to the counter the employee was very helpful wasn't trying to scam me out of money and probably the nicest post office employee I've ever come across”
“The staff is courteous, and helpful! The carriers are polite also. This staff goes above & beyond when assisting customers. Too many people are in a rush, & impatient. After the clerks have waited on you they just about know why you’re there! You can’t say that about all customer service staff! Thank You!”

“I recently had difficulty with an international shipment. Tracking can be difficult with them at times. My package was missing for two days but the supervisor Ms.Jackson took down my information and ensured me they would try their hardest. Thankfully it was found! I'm grateful for all of the care and hardwork from all of the postal officers here. Thank you for everything.”
“I went to my near by post office. I had the most beautiful experience the clerk's number is 15 she was awesome she was very efficient she knew what she was doing and she had a beautiful attitude. “I went there today because of my Express mail did not delivery to one of business in this building.Ms.Cynthia tried to help me looking up where was my package the whole time I was there, she kept calling and checking with every places that she could. I really appreciated her help. I came home without knowing about the package yet but I feel much better that someone kept looking for me.I got notice from the business the end of the day. they did received my package in their mailbox in the morning.I am not happy about Express Mail service that got mix up in the process.
