I always come in with items to ship out that I've paid for in advance. I began using the awesome QR scan where they print the label for you! This saves me time and money on printer / labels.
Overall good experience with no complaints.”
“The people who work here are always very helpful and very pleasant. I enjoy that. There’s never a line here and they ALWAYS have the most insane selection of stamps including international/global, yearly collections, special character's, historical stuff. They seem to do some passport stuff here too. This is 100% my preferred post office as someone who goes to the post office a lot.”

“The last few months I’ve used this place to send out all my online orders and I’ve had a very pleasant time with them personally. I’ve maybe only had 1 package get side tracked in shipping so far out of 40 , but it still made it to its destination. And the employees are super kind and are willing to lend a hand if they see you need one.”

“I am only giving this location a 5 star because of Gary Hicks. Why is he the only employee ever working the counter ? This location has no staff except for this one employee. If your employees call off get the supervisor to help . I come into this location once a month with 100 certifies hold the line up out the door and no one ever comes to help. Gary is patient and kind all I can do is work along side with him while he services me and other customers. Give this man a raise he deserves it!”
“I'm sad to see bad reviews. I am a small business owner and I have used this post office for 2 years now. I have never had an issue with any of my prepaid postage parcels going missing or not being scanned in to active tracking information. In the past I have had issued with other post offices not scanning in every parcel. So far, so good. And in my experience, the people who work here are absolutely the most pleasant and professional. Remember these are government employees and should be treated with respect. This is a good place.”

“This place rocks! Super nice postal carriers who truly deliver rain, sleet, or storm! They start at the wee hours of the morning and deliver until it's dark out. I trust the post office because they do a great job! Some ppl in the comments clearly think the world revolves around them. It's sad that adults are allowed to post such ridiculousness. “I can't speak for everyone else, but my 14 envelopes of paperwork was received by the company very fast. Mailed everything 2 months ago, and called them 2 days ago about the paperwork. The young black woman that was at the front was very nice, kind, and assisted me very well with no problem at all. Now, last year I did come to this same post office to mail in paperwork and the company was never receiving anything and not sure why. But, I've also experienced this situation at other different locations in Detroit/Michigan period!! I've decided to give this location another shot, and everything did workout well with no complaints.”

“I went there today because of my Express mail did not delivery to one of business in this building.Ms.Cynthia tried to help me looking up where was my package the whole time I was there, she kept calling and checking with every places that she could. I really appreciated her help. I came home without knowing about the package yet but I feel much better that someone kept looking for me.I got notice from the business the end of the day. they did received my package in their mailbox in the morning.I am not happy about Express Mail service that got mix up in the process. But I am really grateful for everyone that tried to help me.”
“For any of you wondering, there is a difference between the Allen Park Post Office and the Allen Park USPS distribution center. The post office is small and it's virtually impossible for packages to be lost for weeks. The distribution center is a completely different ball game.”
“I recently had difficulty with an international shipment. Tracking can be difficult with them at times. My package was missing for two days but the supervisor Ms.Jackson took down my information and ensured me they would try their hardest. Thankfully it was found!
