Very knowledgeable staff and always more than fair when it comes to selling and trading, great prices and when I take my son's with me they are awesome with them answering all their questions and helping them find just what they are looking for. I was there today and left with some great stuff. Can't go wrong with these guys.”

“I had my daughter’s birthday party at the West Bloomfield location, two years ago and it was a hit. I’ve had her attend two camp sessions at the Dearborn location during winter break and she loved both of them. She had plenty of crafts to do and take home, got glitter hairstyles, and make up done. We will always be coming to the Friendship Factory for events!”

“The 8th Side is a very comfortable and welcoming place to play games with delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere. I've been there several times to play Magic and it has a very warm group of players and staff that make you feel right at home.
