“When you are driving on a service drive, YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO YIELD TO TRAFFIC COMING FROM THE OFF RAMP. This very dangerous driver who most likely has a class B CDL (due to the size of the bus) not even bothering to stop and decided he wanted to merge into my lane while i was merging onto the service drive off of west bound 696 at the 11 mile off ramp. Absolutely UNSAFE driving and disgrace to a company who’s services is transportation.”

“I been riding d.dot for as long as I can remember and a lots of the driver are very nice I no there job is very stressful at time but to night it was very cold and one bus didn't show up so I was very mad but the driver of the vandyk bus show up his customer service was outstanding he made sure we was on time for are next bus and to all the driver's thank for your service”
