Had estate accounts here for two years, with never a problem or a mistake. Their lock boxes are almost half the price of the surrounding banks per year. Highly recommended.”

“I had a great experience reordering checks this year. I reached out via text to AAACU's customer care after hours asking for a response in the morning. I received timely and very professional service from Katie from the Contact Center.
I was ready to have to pay ~$20-50 after shipping for a reorder if I went directly to the check manufacturer site. Instead, I was advised to try to text to the Contact Center number and see if they had any deals for members. I did, and it was free! Apparently AAACU has an annual free check reorder available once a year. Made my morning.
I've been a member of AAACU since high school and I've had platinum level service experience from them the 20+ years I've been a member. Even living across the country, they've been my main checking account and helped me finance my first car loan. I intend to explore their mortgage options when I start looking for my first house.
