The gentleman in the back of the store was VERY helpful finding the bolts that I needed. He deserves a 5-star ranking by himself.
But, the young lady/cashier (early 20s, perhaps) was a total smartass from the time I walked in the door until I left. She seemed to pride herself on being like that. She is not suited for dealing with customers face-to-face. Even her coworkers seemed shocked at some of the things she said to me and other customers.

It's the name brand store with a small town feel. We absolutely love this Ace store. Always great customer service and they have a fun garden/gift section.

A nice store very nice employees and I would give it a five if they just stayed open past 7 o’clock I don’t know how people that have normal jobs are supposed to be able to have the time to get there before close honestly it has just made me go to Home Depot which is a shame

I loved this place. I have shopped here since I have lived in linden. The staff are amazing. But due to owners policy has made it so I will not shop here again. Purchased a battery and every location I have ever shopped at you return battery back to original purchase place. They refused to honor the warranty and it has been a huge inconvenience to do warranty process over the phone they have lost my business due to this.

The staff gives each customer a warm welcome and asks how they can assist. This is my main reason for returning. Even when I'm not sure what exactly I'm looking for, the staff will listen and guide me in the right direction. They also have the best value on hanging baskets!
