“I cannot say enough good things about Ron’s Machine Services and their customer service. I ordered a Yukon gear set and unfortunately received the incorrect rear pinion. After contacting them, they immediately took the time to verify the issue, confirmed that the wrong pinion had been sent, and got the correct replacement on its way to me right away. I had it within a 7 day turn around being in Northern Canada.
The entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. They went far above and beyond what most companies would do to make sure I had the correct parts to complete my project. Even though our car was in for 3 weeks, We knew exactly what was going on and were updated frequently. At the appropriate time, we received a loaner car, per our warranty. In addition to the warranty covered work, we also had scheduled maintenance work done. We knew in advance the approximate cost and had no surprises when we picked up the car. “I visited Auto Cooling Solutions to have a custom A/C line made for my 2001 Blazer project, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Brett, the owner, was extremely helpful—he took the time to look over my vehicle with me and offer solid advice for my build.
I wanted to add a pressure switch inline to control electric cooling fans, and both Brett and his technician Zach went above and beyond. They helped me discuss the best placement for the switch, and did an excellent job brazing in a switch port exactly where I requested it. The work was clean and professionally done.
I’m local, so stopping by was easy—but they also operate an online business, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for A/C repairs or custom modifications. Great service, great people, and top-notch workmanship!
