“Great job on the repair, they even detailed the whole interior. What a pleasant surprise that was!
We went back a year later & received excellent service for something unrelated! It is excellent in every way!”
“Quite a bit of surface damage and a new front right tire and rim. 2 1/2 weeks from inquiry to car returned. Great service and well above average communication from Kyle and Trent. Not as much damage as original quote so Woods reduced the price a bit when they were not obligated to do so. Looks brand new.
Overall, great experience. I would recommend but hope I never have to go back. If I do need work in thier field I will be returning immediately.”
“If I could give Auto Pride Collision more than five stars, I would.
From the very beginning, Amy and Stephanie were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process incredibly easy. I received text updates every day about the progress of my vehicle, so I never once had to wonder what was happening or chase someone down for an answer.
My insurance situation was also anything but simple. The vehicle was insured through my dad, who has since passed away, the insurance policy was in another state, and the accident itself happened in another state. There were plenty of opportunities for that to become a complicated mess, but they handled everything seamlessly. I never felt like I was being passed around or left to figure things out on my own. They simply took care of it.
Then there is the actual repair. The car looks fantastic. You would never know anything had happened to it. The quality of the work and attention to detail were excellent, everything was done right the first time, and I have not had a single reason to take it back for an adjustment or additional repair.
And somehow, after all of that, they even finished my car earlier than promised.
Nobody wants to need a collision shop, but if you find yourself needing one, this is exactly the kind of experience you hope to have. Excellent customer service, great communication, beautiful work, and people who genuinely know how to take care of their customers.
Amy, Stephanie, and everyone at Auto Pride absolutely earned this five star review. I would recommend them without hesitation and would trust them with my vehicle again.”
“They were able to find a back window on my van that nobody else could find cause they dont make or sell them anymore at a GM dealer, so had to find it at a scrap yard, not only did they find one, but had it taken out and reinstalled on my van for a great price. Only place I will go now for any auto glass replacement, also good with auto body repair.”
“Soja’s Autobody did an excellent job repairing my car after a fence jumped out and grabbed my car ?. The workmanship was top-notch and done quickly. I would definitely recommend their work!!”
“Can't say enough about the service and repair that I received. Outstanding customer service. They estimated 2 weeks for the repair and followed through. My car looks brand new. I highly recommend Gerber Collision & glass.”

“A deer hit my car about three weeks ago, just picked up the car. It looks great, I’m very happy with the results. And I’m very picky. They kept me updated throughout the entire time it was there and even when they were ordering the parts. I will continue to send my vehicles there whenever bodywork is needed. I had a bad experience a few years ago with a different independent body shop so this was a breath of fresh air.”

“Good morning Michigan!!! I have nothing but great things to say about T.J. from Griffith Auto Empire! He is a professional, great customer service, and he got me back on the road in no time when I had a surge brake issue on a uhaul trailer that I rented for my family’s big move. I would highly recommend to contact Griffith Auto Empire for any auto related services.”
