So tired of this pharmacy got to the store at 1:20 already closed of lunch then they don’t open back up till 2:10pm. Definitely will be switching pharmacies

The people who are at the front of the house are extremely helpful and friendly. The pharmacy department is a whole other story, not all but most are extremely rude for no reason. I am going to switch to Walgreen where the pharmacy personnel is friendly and helpful.

The dark haired pharmacist was extremely rude and inconsiderate beyond belief with an attitude that made me want to switch pharmacies. I tried ignoring her attitude and at the end said I hope you have a nice day. She glared at me with a disgusted look and rolled her eyes. I just couldn’t ignore it after that.

I'm going to have to switch to Walmart pharmacy because it's so hard to keep track of when Rite Aid decides to close for lunch every day for a half hour, I always end up having to either wait a half an hour hanging around Alpine or come all the way back home and come back a different day. I've never heard of a pharmacy closing for lunch in all of my life. I like Rite Aid, but this is ridiculous, why can't they just rotate their lunches like everyone else? So inconvenient and ridiculous.

The front check out associate was great; the pharmacy associates, while 'following the rules' could use training in helpfulness and compassion. They said "We don't do that" when asked if they could call the doctor's office; they used to do that - when customer service was important.

Horrible customer service, last two times I’ve gone to pick up scripts they were unexpectedly closed {within reg. hours} this isn’t including the times they aren’t open because the pharmacist is “stuck in traffic “ they provide absolutely no help or communication! We will be using a different pharmacy from now on.

We were scheduled for a MEN B. vaccination at the Fenton location first. That location was out of stock (even though they gave us the appointment). Not a huge deal (as this location is only a few minutes down the road - and they helped us the same day). The staff are polite, the location is clean (and they were very professional). They offered to add any other immunizations needed (such as the flu shot) at the time of the visit. Thoughtful, courteous and filled out the shot record for us too. Remember to treat service staff with kindness (you're likely not the first person to come in needing something), but you might the be the first nice person they encounter. Treating each other with respect goes a long way to improving quality of life for everyone and makes your day smoother too. Keep in mind, lost of staffing shortages and sickness going around. Product shortages and insurance pitfalls trip things up at times. Keep your cool, and don't take it out on the person actually seeing you face-to-face (willing to work with you).

I have been going Rite Aid for almost 20 years, this particular location for 8 years. Pharmacy is always very busy, so sometimes issues happen but they are always helpful in solving any issues immediately. They are always professional and accommodating. And just recently I learned they deliver which is great. 2 ??Highly recommend.

I have used this pharmacy often with no problems, but today I used pay as you go and asked for free delivery. The pharmacy technician asked what delivery service I used. I said yours. Rite Aid. She acted like she did not know what it was. Then the female pharmacist got on the phone and said I did not use pay as you go or delivery service. Well I have an Email stating I paid via this method and my bank shows money pending to come out for this transaction. Not very good customer service.
