Great prices and great service. I lost my key and couldn't get into my storage unit and a lady named laura I think her name was came out and helped me get into my storage unit. Sweet lady and definately a hard worker who enjoys her job

Made an appointment to look at outdoor parking spots for my trailer today at the Linden Public Storage facility. Met with Laura who showed me the layout of the facility, gave me a map and allowed me through the gate to choose among the available spots. She spent considerable time with me answering all of my questions and worked with me to complete a reservation I had started online with my phone. Laura was polite, professional and pressure free. The facility was immaculate and it was obvious how organized everything is. I got the distinct impression that she takes pride in the facility - how it looks and how it’s run. She represents the company very well. Thank you Laura for your help, answering my questions and making the experience pleasant.

We just started going to Public when we bought our RV and Laura was the one to help us I can’t say enough great things about her!! She was absolutely incredible to work with and made us feel at ease leaving our personal items there!!

Erica did her best to get me into a outdoor storage space. However, the advertised 12'x40' space is only 10 feet wide and has a utility pole in the rear that takes at least 2 feet away. I requested a price reduction for the inaccurate dimensions but have not had a reply from Public Storage.

THE PEOPLE THERE ARE GREAT TO WORK WITH. HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE I'VE RENTED THERE. ALOT OF OTHER STORAGE RENTALS I'VE BEEN RENTING IN THE PAST GIVE YOU A SO CALLED GOOD DEAL, THEN ONCE YOU MOVE EVERYTHING IN THEY GO UP 40-80% DON'T BE FOOLED. THIS PLACE OF PUBLIC STORAGE IS GOOD.
