The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Have not had internet for 13 days and have reached out to them multiple times with no response. I am not even sure if they are still in business.

Terrible customer service. I tried contacting this company with no response no matter what method I have tried. I sent a certified letter to the business with my intent to cancel yet have been charged for the past 5 months for a service I am not using. Please cancel my account.

Haven't even been connected yet and already disappointed. Customer service is the worst I've ever seen, can't get a date in anything and when someone showed up to run the line from the pole they just showed up, no phone call, email or anything. Owner says I have the wrong tri-county but this is the number I called to get connected. Same number that finally called to set up an install date after someone showed up yet again without calling to splice the wires in my box, the same number that also has my information but can't give you so much as an estimate as to when someone will maybe shoe up to run a wire. So far it's been a laughable excuse for customer service. Seriously considering getting enough people together to get WOW to run their fiber optic through the are. Already spoke with a few people and and found out it's possible.

I've had Tri county wireless for about 5 years. It's never been good but it was still better and cheaper than Hughes net that I had before it, which isn't saying much. It cuts out all the time whether it's raining and windy or a calm sunny day. Their customer service is abysmal and if you have problems and try to get any support they won't answer your calls or respond to the online help ticket submissions on their website. I'm currently trying to cancel my service and have been for several weeks. This is a horrible company to do business with and you should avoid them at all costs. Choose a different company to spend your money with.

We have been without wireless connectivity since the beginning of 2023. We call Tri County every single day and have only gotten an answer one time. We are continuously billed for internet in which we do not have, and have no way to fix anything. This is by far the worst business and worst customer service I have ever seen. They do not respond to anyone.Our home security cameras have been down for months because of this company. Please call us and send a technician to our house to fix the internet.

Do not use this company. After having MULTIPLE connectivity issues, I finally disconnected and went with Starlink (thank goodness they have availability in Fenton). Have emailed them SEVERAL TIMES to cancel my account, however, they NEVER reply and sent a bill. NO REPLY to any voice mails either. HORRIBLE customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never seen a company that doesn’t return calls or complete service.Your customer service is severely lacking and this service itself is horrible. Drops out constantly can’t get any signal at all. If you do try to call to have the service fixed. You can’t get in touch with anyone.We have since canceled our service ask them to come out and collect their equipment and they still took a payment out and we are disputing it with our bank right now .Do not go with Tri-County wireless awful company office service. No customer appreciation just bad bad bad all the way around.

Wife and I have been trying to cancel our service for several months. We’ve tried texts, phone calls, emails. The only time we hear back is for the latest bill that has late fees. They’re the George Costanza of internet companies. Cant break up with them if they ignore you completely.

if you try to cancel, they'll ignore you for months but continue to bill you and add late fees. Doesnt matter what you try: phone calls, texts, voicemail, email. Nightmare of a company to get a hold of.

On 2/26/23 I emailed tricounty to cancel my service because I have gone with another carrier. I heard nothing. I attempted to call them and cancel. Had to leave a message and again heard nothing. I texted the number like the recording said. Nothing. Sent a message on Facebook messenger. You guessed it. Still heard nothing and now I have received a bill this month for a service I haven’t been using. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. Hopefully I will get a call from them sooner than later!

I have been trying to get a hold of someone to help with the internet issues we are having. I have opened tickets, emailed, and texted over the last 3 weeks without a single response. When I call no one ever answers the phone. The internet goes down every day between 5 and 6 and goes down on the weekends, usually for days at a time. This company used to be good but whoever is running it at this point does not care about their customers.Edit. Can someone please call me regarding my internet not working. Thank you

Absolute garbage of a company. Sadly, the owner was very friendly and seem like a great guy, but the service was absolute junk from day one. The owner showed up and sat in my driveway for two hours, turns out he was trying to reprogram some antiquated equipment because he ran out of the correct satellite head he was supposed to install on my house. He promised me he would be back as soon as the shipment came in, and would swap it out. That was four months ago, within those four months I’ve reached out to this company more than a dozen times, I have opened tickets, I have left voicemails, I have sent text messages, I have sent emails, and I received absolutely no response from anybody. For four months, I tried reaching this company, and for four months we were ignored. GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Service has gone downhill significantly in the past year. We are currently without service for a full week and the company is not responding to our requests for updates/status. Multiple attempts have been made to contact.*UPDATE 2/15/23 - Our numerous attempts to contact the company included text messages, service tickets, Facebook messages, and phone calls. There were only two text updates provided during the outage and both promised restoration dates that were not met. The outage was over a week long and the ghosting (non-responding) from anyone at Tri-County Wireless is unacceptable. They did issue credit for the outage this time. But there have been more intermittent outages since the major outage. It's just not a great service like it once was.

The service is horrible! If it rains, snows, or the wind blows we loose service. Then it’s usually a day before we get service again. This time we lost service on New Year’s Eve and we’re supposed to have it back 2 days later. As of right now it’s been 6 days and still no service. And you can’t get anyone to answer the phone or texts!

Terrible service. Is out more than it’s on. You message them and it takes at least 3 days to get back to you. We just got starlink hooked up and has 4x the speed we and are canceling our service Monday.
