Went into the store to get a phone unlocked, the sales rep Samba was great, very patient and was able to get the phone up and working.

Completey terrible experience, brought in an unlocked phone that we bought from manufacturer with original packaging to be told that the phone wasn't compatible to subsequently pitched a sale for a phone from this store from the same manufacturer for the same price. Didn't check the imei nor serial number/model number for compatibility. Instead we went to another cricket not far for it to be compatible with just a swap of sim card. Worst metro cricket employee ever. To clarify, we also activated a brand new samsung note 20 5g this year with the same process, No hassle.
