We were customers for several years. Facility grounds were well kept, and manager/staff were friendly and a pleasure to deal with! Our questions/messages were promptly answered too! If we need storage unit in future would definitely come there first.

I'd like to say first I've been a tenant at the Livonia facility for quite a number of years I needed to downsize so I went in tothe office and talk to the girls Nicole and Savannah they took really really good care of me helping me out with a smaller storage unit and I was very pleased with their help.
