“I own a mobile grooming company. One of my units had some electrical issues and I took it to a Rv shop up north. After 2 weeks they told me they found the problem and quoted me a outrages price for parts and labor. I’m no mechanic but the price they quoted sounded ridiculous so I looked for a second opinion. I found Sunset Rv on a google search and thank god I did!!! After explaining to Bill what’s going on he told me to take my truck out of there now!! Shortly after bringing it to Bill and his crew we found out the issue wasn’t what the other shop said, in fact it was a complete different diagnosis. The other shop tried scamming me for big bucks!!! I waited 2 weeks for the other place to look at my unit and to give me a diagnosis. It took bill and his crew less then a day to look at it and to find the issue. Not only was it a complete different diagnosis but the price was just a fraction of what I would of paid with the other shop! I was up and running by the next day!!! I thank God for this place and for Bill and Thomas and the rest of the staff that work here!! They made me feel comfortable from the moment I picked up the phone. My experience with them has been like no other. They are honest and trustworthy and everything you want in a professional business. I had a few other issues arise later on with my water heater and furnace and each time they took care of me and got me back up and running in no time. I will forever bring all my units to this place for maintenance and service work!! They are the best!!”
