I walked into the 7 Mile Road location stressed and exhausted, but the staff here was beyond kind and friendly. They listened to what happened, fixed the mess the other store created, and truly turned my day around. “Today, I had a wonderful experience with the Assistant Manager Crystal, at the W. Eight Mile in Livonia, MI. When arrived she was servicing another customer. Crystal acknowledged me by saying she would be with me shortly. I waited probably less than 5 minutes. She was able to bring up my reservation that I made online to complete my move-in. Crystal was thorough and professional explaining the paperwork that I was signing. She also explained the fees for today and moving forward. Once every thing was completed, she also asked did I have any questions. She explained to me how to enter and exit the property. Finally, I was made aware of the business hours that someone would be there and the hours that I could visit my unit. I am very happy as a new customer. Thank you Crystal, I appreciate your service.
