“We were on our way up North for the 4th of July holiday and had a significant front tire issue. It was close to quitting time on a very hot day and we called around but no one would look at the truck. Finally, we called the team at JAM and they happily agreed to take a look. It turned out to be mud jammed into both rims causing a significant imbalance issue. The team was very pleasant to work with and quick about getting us back on the road. We were very grateful! Nice work guys!”

“I don't usually leave good reviews, but this one is a must. Mike, one of the mechanics found out quick the issues with my car, a bad control arm, that other 3 shops couldn't diagnose. One of the wheels was wobbling and I went two 3 shops and they all said it's because of the tire which was worn up on one side. No one actually diagnosed for me that the uneven wear comes from a loose mechanical important safe keeping part that could've put me or someone else in danger. Also, Chris worked out a finance deal for me for 6 months where I don't have to break the bank right away. All in all, amazing experience.”

“If you like to cook people's hands, you may be a Handcook. This is unrelated to that. It's a South Korean tire company, one of the better names in tires and some of the more reliable tire companies that we've used. One of the legendary names in Asian tires and pretty durable and reliable. For the most part they get the job done and are pretty affordable compared to some other brands.”

“Took in to get my tire replaced after 4 days being at the Costco no one called and when i called then they said vehicle is ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the center they tell me they did not even started working on it. They said I can wait and they will get it replaced right away so I waited outside and after 2 hours so response. Very frustrating and not professional. I would not recommend their service.
Update: Manager was very considerate and handled my situation very professionally.”
