If not, he would obviously charge me I come by it was an easy fix literally took three seconds, and I was out he gave me his business card And I decided to leave a review because he was such a great person. Such a good hospitality very friendly guy very reasonable pricing.”

“Took my car to my dealer to address a shaking on the front end of my car and they recommended a $180 alignment on my car that’s only 1 year old. I declined the alignment and took it to park side and they recommended a wheel balance and identified that one of my rims are bent. They recommended moving the bent rim to the back of the vehicle(since it’s front wheel drive). Shaking completely went away and they only charged me $70. All around great service and honest work. I take all my cars here for service all the time and they’re always honest and very good priced.Edit: the $70 included moving my new tires to the better rims, and remount and balance 3 tires.”

“This was my first time using Dearborn Total Automotive & it was by far the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop. The power steering went out in one of my vehicles & DTA was the closest shop to my home. Not only did they get my vehicle in right away, but they drove me home since they would need a couple days to fix it. “I’m going to be strictly 100% honest with you. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a tire shop. This shop is now under new management with a great young owner named Ahmad! I called on the phone because I was looking for a tire shop that would install three new tires that I purchased around Christmas Eve. I talked to three different tire shops. One wanted to charge me $150, another one wanted to charge me $80 but keep my truck for several hours and the last Said they would not repair tires at this time.Called Ahmad earlier today he told me to come right in I will be the first one to be seen. He was correct! They were fast and efficient with getting my tires installed. The customer service was top-notch was very informative and inquisitive to my needs. Best thing was he only charged me $45 to install three brand new tires to my truck. Amazing! Drove home no problems. no wobblOmg, no Problems. Just excellent service. I will be back and I will be referred others here tire shop. Thank you for reading”

I ran over a nail causing a slow leak Austin helped me by putting air in my tire (he was so kind I was having a horrible day due to my mother passing away he made sure I was ok to drive back home) I returned a few days later to have my tire repaired Roland took care of me my tire is now perfect I am so appreciative of the timely and professional service I received both employees are an asset to your company thank you for everything! ??”
