“Honest, and extremely transparent with what issues exist, what’s immediate, what’s not. They send you a full description with photos and videos so you can see with your own eyes as well. They’ve been so kind I cannot thank them enough for the multiple times they’ve helped me with my car repairs. Unfortunately this time it was a matter of value of car/amount of repairs but even then they were very honest with me on whether it was worth putting money into the repairs or not. “If you like to cook people's hands, you may be a Handcook. This is unrelated to that. It's a South Korean tire company, one of the better names in tires and some of the more reliable tire companies that we've used. One of the legendary names in Asian tires and pretty durable and reliable. For the most part they get the job done and are pretty affordable compared to some other brands.”

“I cannot say enough positive things about the tire center at the Livonia Costco. Every other shop in the area habitually damages my wheels or installs directional tires backwards - never the Costco tire crew. My wheels always come back without damage, and I’ve never had to go back for a re-mount, even when I bring my wheels in loose (without a car). I’d recommend the tire center to anyone.”
