“First time to attend a live CE here and I was very impressed at the facility. Clean, white marble steps welcome you at the entrance. The conference room is large and I was floored by how good the New York strip dinner was. Also, the ladies restroom was very clean and beautiful. Lots of parking available. The staff was professional and courteous from booking through cleanup, and the pricing was very affordable.They have a huge parking lot and will work with you on the layout options. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for an event venue.”

“We have visited this hotel probably 4 times since moving here 5 years ago. The staff was EXTREMELY accommodating and friendly during the ice storm a year ago (2023) and seriously made my life feel a little less dramatic for a moment. They do have a pool that isn't heated which is sort of like taking an ice bath, but I have to say that they also serve continental breakfast in the mornings and all the other positive things outweigh the pool hands down. We tell everyone who comes to visit us to stay here!”

“Came to this hotel from Canada for a work event. The room was nice. The location of the hotel left me questioning why there was no restaurant in the hotel. Although the did do a continental breakfast. There isn't much around the hotel to eat if you don't have transportation.Front desk staff was friendly. They made the room up while I was out. Seem to have done a good job with that.”

“One of the best deals bang for your buck wise. The location was easy to get to, the hotel was very clean, great service, good continental breakfast, the room and bathroom was very clean. Not a huge fan of the smell of the cleaner for the bathroom or the pillows but I'm very picky and that seems to be a hotel wide issue, not just this hotel.”

“We all had a BLAST at Livonia Urban Air! There were so many cool things to do that we have never done before! The zip line was so fun!! We won flip squids in the arcade, ate pizza, popcorn, pop and slushies! The flip bumper cars were a hit! There was something for everyone and the massage chairs were much needed after all the work outs we did!The bathroom was clean and there was hand sanitizer all around. Staff was friendly and helpful and plentiful. We can’t wait to come back and do more!!!”

“The only bad part about this location is that there is quite a bit of construction happening in the area. This Residence is located very close to many restaurants, bars, and shopping centers. It is the old style Residence Inn requiring you to go outside to get to the free breakfast. Not a big deal when warm, but during the cold months it would be no fun. I found the room to be just fine and it met my needs.”

Price point is slightly high banquet wise but is still a great place...Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is in more than one area which is a huge plus seeing as how a few in our party needed to utilize it”
