“I wanted to take the time to leave a review because I think people are often quick to speak up when something goes wrong but don’t always recognize the people who are working incredibly hard when things go right.
The staff at Tail Waggers 1990 deserves that recognition. During my experience, I saw a team working hard to take care of clients, answer questions, keep things moving, and most importantly, make sure the animals were cared for properly. Even while they were busy, I was treated kindly and respectfully.
The compassion they showed toward my pet really stood out to me. They were gentle, patient, and made sure I understood what was happening. It was obvious that the animals weren’t just numbers to them.
Running a veterinary wellness center and nonprofit organization cannot be easy, and I know clients probably only see a small portion of everything that goes into keeping it running. I appreciate the employees, volunteers, veterinary professionals, and everyone else who contributes.
Thank you for showing up every day for animals and the people who love them. Tail Waggers’ mission of ‘Helping People Help Animals’ is something you can actually see through the work they do. I’m grateful to have them in our community.”

“My Labrador retriever suffered with ongoing ear infections for almost the entire 10 years of his life. We finally went to this clinic in March 2026, followed the intense regimen of ear meds, and now my dog's ear look fantastic for the first time in his life. This was a VERY expensive visit, but do yourself a favor and make an appointment. I wish I had done this ten years ago.”
“We had a great experience since the initial call with Kayla. Even when miserably sick, our cat is EXTREMELY challenging to treat as he gets overly stressed at the vet or under any medical procedure. He would need anesthesia to be seen, tested and treated, but the team understood the difficulties and kept him with us all the time and, on the second visit, the technician was able to draw blood (then we understood he was not struggling with kidney issues - as previously diagnosed by one of those big chains vet care - but liver). They allowed us to bring all the necessary medications and supplies to treat him at home and he’s alive and thriving! Thanks to Dr John, Kayla and (our special thanks to) Natasha.”

“We absolutely LOOOVE unleashed pet care!!! Today was our first ever visit with our girl after she had a traumatic experience at the previous vet she had been going to since she was 6 months old. She is now 5 years old and needed to get up to date on vaccines. She did AMAZING with all the ladies that she met today! We tracked down Dr Panchel from a vet office we had been to before and the reunion was even better than we could have hoped! Every single employee there was so kind, compassionate, patient, and loving toward our girl! Dr. Panchel was so loving, was ABOVE AND BEYOND informative! Took the time to explain things to us and answered all of our questions. We’ll never go anywhere else! Thank you ladies, we cannot thank you enough!!!”
