The Goodwill Store is a well-organized and clean thrift store located just 13 miles from Grand Rapids. The store offers a variety of affordable clothing, with reasonable prices for the items. However, the household items are reported to be overpriced, with plain glass salt shakers costing as much as $3.99, similar to what can be found at the Dollar Tree. The store has a large selection of clothing, with the dress rack being described as "crammed full and difficult to look through." Customers have mixed experiences with the staff, with some finding them to be unhelpful and not very personable, while others have praised the exceptional service and attentive staff. One customer expressed disappointment with the lack of 50% off sales and the requirement to sign up for coupons that can only be earned after spending a certain amount. They suggested that the store should implement weekly sales on the color-coded tags to help move inventory and increase sales. Despite these minor issues, the Goodwill Store is generally seen as a good place to find treasure and enjoy the shopping experience. The store is well-organized and maintained, making it a convenient option for those in the area.
Love this place! The staff is friendly and honestly a cool batch of people. I think sometimes customers forget these workers are people too. This place is a stop on my thrift store journey through Kent county. Jocelyn has helped me a few times throughout my times here and is amazing! Greets me by name when we see each other.

Nice clean store, lots of good fines, definitely worth checking out. Close to Grand Rapids, only 13 miles on Fulton Street.
