835 W Main St, LowellHolly and her staff are just fantastic (and she has a great name but I am biased!) and took excellent care of my two cats, who were also brand new to being groomed by professionals. She said they did great and they looked fabulous. They were completely relaxed when I came to pick them up. I was expecting anxiety but they were both just completely calm and okay with everything. Both had a complete grooming, nail trim and anal gland expression.
Holly offered me her business card and also noted vets local to the area and some information and insight on them since we were so new to town at the time of our first grooming.
I was running late to pickup and Holly was so kind on the phone and understood I was trying to get out of downtown Grand Rapids and back to Lowell and so patiently held them while I got back to town. I will never forget that and I'm going to be back every 6 months to have my babies professionally cared for.
Location has great up front parking and gating for pets and owners coming in and out on the ramp to attempt to protect everyone in getting to and from the building. Handicap accessible and air conditioned with seating if waiting is needed for appointment finish-up.

11250 Fulton St E, LowellI called and was able to get my kitty in the same day as I called. The team was able to identify the problem and schedule a procedure. They even called early to offer us multiple options if we were able to bring her in earlier. The day of surgery the team pulled up with us as soon as our kitty was out of surgery just to give us a update and then answered a few questions via text before we picked up our kitty in the evening. The next day they followed up in the morning, just to check in on how she was doing and we were able to schedule a follow up appointment the upcoming week. This team has won over our hearts, and we look forward to continuing to use them as our primary veterinarian for both of our pets. Very happy with the service and the car that they showed for our family.

They do serve chips ahead of time with drinks, but they don't serve them with salsa or queso, that is a separate order. (Honestly, consider putting a small bowl of salsa out with the chips)
The place is clean and the amazing smell of the kitchen hits you when you walk in door and you know its going to be good! Colorful decor, fun atmosphere and wonderful staff who are timely and helpful. Absolutely worth a visit if you are in the mood for great Mexican food in Lowell!
