“We chose this place to use for storage for 6 months after our apartment building caught on fire & I completely forgot to tell them that we were moving our stuff out and closing our account and they did it for us without me even asking!! That was so incredibly nice of them to do instead of continuing to charge us. They could have easily of kept charging us when we didn’t have anything in the unit but they chose not to, that is a good business.I hope we never have to use a storage unit again but if we do we will be back!”
