“I ordered two sofas. We were told 6 weeks and it took twelve. This was not Hegg’s fault, it was the manufacturer. Jennifer, my sales rep, was wonderful. She was helpful, courteous, and responsive to my follow up issues. When the delivery was made, it was timely. The delivery men were great, and even moved a large lift chair into place (I didn’t ask them to). All in all, a very good experience (except for the wait) and I would definitely go back again.”
